Returns & Refunds
Over Christmas, we extend our returns period. Rest easy knowing any orders made on or after 25th November can be returned until Friday January 28th.
If you are not completely happy with your online order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or refund for the returned goods. You must notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving your order and items must be returned within a further 14 days from notification, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please be aware that we do not accept exchanges or returns on any grooming or cosmetic products, earrings, eye masks, face masks, and all underwear including bras and briefs, or swimwear.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour of style, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Share all the information about the exchange needed and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm and arrange shipping the replacement item to you right away. We ask that you pay for return shipping, we will pay for the exchanged item to be sent out.
Please state within order if you require a refund. You will be notified by email once we have received the returned goods and processed the refund. Please note that only the cost of the goods purchased will be refunded, and we will not refund any postage costs paid by the customer. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible but please note that card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. The refund amount will be credited to the original purchaser’s card.
In Store Purchases
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by emailing us at
email@example.com. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
