Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your online order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or refund for the returned goods. You must notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving your order and items must be returned within a further 14 days from notification, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please return items to the below address. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging or box with all labels intact and in the same condition that they were dispatched to you in. All items require original receipt of purchase included within order to complete return or exchange. We recommend sending items through tracked or insured shipping (client responsible for own shipping costs).

Please be aware that we do not accept exchanges or returns on any grooming or cosmetic products, earrings, eye masks, face masks, and all underwear including bras and briefs, or swimwear.
Please note: we are accepting returns purchased over the Christmas period up to the 29th January.
In Store Purchases
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by emailing us at email@example.com. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
