Our Values

Vegan.

Where it all started. Building from the ground up, our styles are all vegan, and always have been. Every carefully curated piece we stock is made with no harm to animals using vegan alternatives to create the same high-quality that will last for seasons to come. From vegan leather handbags and shoes, to cotton knits and no-silk dresses.

Cruelty-free.

Protecting the animals we share our home with has always been our priority, so we never stock products that test on them. You can rest easy knowing that all our lifestyle picks from skincare to candles are cruelty-free, nor do we carry brands that sell in locations that don't uphold these standards. Expect simple, sustainable, kind products.

Recycled materials.

Old fabrics, new tricks. Minimising how many end up in rapidly expanding landfills across the world is an integral part of protecting our planet. Using innovative techniques and some outside-the-box thinking, our brands are staying ahead of the trends and turning what would otherwise be waste into beautiful new styles that will last.

Gives back.

Saying it from the heart, we support our brands to do more than just make something new for you. The teams behind the sustainable and vegan products you love are also doing the work behind the scenes, giving back donations, time and supplies to an array of NGOs and charities that mean something to them. You help make this happen.

Organic.

We can't get enough of organic. One part of the textiles industry that takes better care of our planet, organic cotton, hemp, linen and many more fabrics our brands use can also be called the most skin-friendly natural fiber. Grown using methods that have a lower impact on the environment, these plant-derived materials use no chemicals.

Ethically made.

Taking care of everyone that helped get our selection of pieces to you matters to us. All of our products are manufactured in safe working environments, where makers are fairly paid and have good working conditions including regular breaks, ventilated spaces and respectful treatment. Our founder.

treen was founded in 2018 by Cat Anderson, a fashion graduate with over eight years experience in the retail and fashion industry. Cat’s transition to a vegan lifestyle in 2015 prompted her not only to reassess what she was eating, but also what she was wearing. treen was born after she struggled to upgrade her wardrobe to match her new lifestyle.

Bringing positive impact fashion to the conscious shopper, treen delivers the ultimate curation of product and content through pop-up spaces, an immersive website, and a lively calendar of events. At treen, we want to put a smile on your face. Together, we can create a wardrobe of your dreams without compromising on style. You can look good because you did good.
