Our delivery service
Your delivery experience is important to us, as well as looking after our planet, which is why we use DHL's Go Green Climate Neutral service for all our parcels.
You can track your order via DHL tracking, you will receive tracking information via text or email after placing your order.
Your order is carefully packed by one of our team in our treen HQ in Edinburgh. All orders are shipped in one of our recyclable craft boxes with a handwritten note on one of our tagline cards (re-use yours as a bookmark or hang it on your wall).

International tax, duties, charges and delivery
We currently only ship to United Kingdom destinations and have suspended all International shipping until further notice. If you wish to ship outside of the UK, please email us on via the contact for below and we will be happy to assist.
Local delivery (Edinburgh)
For Edinburgh customers ordering for delivery within a 3-mile radius of our Stockbridge store (EH3 5AJ), we offer a next-day delivery service, helping to bring you urgent outfits, last-minute gifts and more.
Complete your order by 5pm for delivery between 10-6pm the following day. Orders are delivered via our Local Bike Courier - Farrout.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem. Online purchases can be returned for a full refund within 28 days. If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a no fuss full refund.

We are unable to offer return or exchange on underwear briefs, cosmetic products, swimwear and altered items.
All sales are final. Items purchased in our Sample Sale are not valid for return or exchange.

If you wish to exchange an item, rather than return it for a refund, please send us an email (via our contact form below) with your origional order number and what you would like to exchange for, and one of our team will reply to you within 24hrs. Exchanges can be prosessed for both online and in store orders. Please note we can only complete one exchange on each order.
Sale and Promotions
Where promotions, such as Sale, have been used, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will be refunded the amount paid.
If the order contained a free promotional gift, we ask that the gift is included with the return of any related items.
Please note Sale items purchased in store are non-refundable.
If an item purchased online or from our store is damaged please contact us using the contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our team will get back to you within 24 hours. If possible, please include an image showing the area of damage.
Please note we are only able to offer a refund or replacement for damaged items within 6 months of purchase.
