Your delivery experience is important to us, as well as looking after our planet, which is why we use DHL's Go Green Climate Neutral service for all our parcels. However, occasionally we may need to ship your order with Royal Mail or another courier service. Rest assured, your order will still be shipped with the fastest available service, and tracking information will be updated to follow the progress of your delivery.

• For DHL deliveries, you can track your order via DHL tracking, and you will receive tracking information via text or email after placing your order.
• For local pick-up, you will receive confirmation once your order is in process, and it will be ready for collection, usually the next day.
• Each order is carefully packed by a member of our team at our treen HQ in Edinburgh, in a branded recyclable craft box, complete with a handwritten note on one of our tagline cards (re-use yours as a bookmark or hang it on your wall).

Click & Collect (same/next day) — FREE 

Click & Collect is available during opening hours from our Edinburgh store (11-5 daily). Just select 'Click and Collect - Edinburgh Store' on the first step of the checkout process and we'll get your order ready to collect with no extra charge. You will receive a text or email update once your order has been processed and is ready to collect.

Orders are shipped via our tracked DHL Go Green Climate Neutral Service. All orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 12PM Monday - Friday Excluding Bank Holidays. Please note some standard shipping UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail’s 48hr Tracked service. You’ll still be given a tracking number so you can trace your order.

European Standard Shipping (2-4 days) — £30

If you are buying something from our site as a gift for someone special, we want to make it as simple as possible for you to personalise it! At checkout you can add a note with your message and we will hand write this on one of our recycled/recyclable treen cards to include within the order, and remove the invoice. Plus we'll wrap their gift in our in-house designed recyclable gift wrap.
