Whether you're sharing styling tips, recommending the perfect gift, or chatting with a regular, you’ll help people feel great about what they wear — and how it’s made.

Your role in a nutshell

You’re the face of our brand on the shop floor. You’ll drive sales through brilliant customer service and strong product knowledge. You’ll take pride in keeping the store beautiful, support your team, and go the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door.

What you’ll be doing

• Selling with purpose
  Help us meet our sales goals through genuine conversations, thoughtful recommendations, and a solid understanding of our brands.
• Creating an incredible customer experience
  Deliver warm, personal, and informed service that keeps people coming back.
• Becoming a product expert
  Stay on top of new arrivals, bestsellers, and brand stories to guide every customer with confidence.
• Keeping the store looking sharp
  Maintain high visual standards — think clean, curated, and welcoming at all times.
• Owning the details
  Run smooth transactions, handle returns with care, and follow our exchange policy to a T.
• Thinking like a team
  Communicate openly, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive, collaborative space.
• Staying on top of the day-to-day
  Replenish stock, process deliveries, and help pack online orders on time.
• Raising the flag when needed
  Escalate any customer concerns promptly — always with the customer in mind.
• Helping with visual merchandising
  Assist in creating displays that reflect what’s new and what’s selling.
• Protecting product
  Treat our stock with care and attention, promoting loss prevention as part of daily good practice.
