Exchanges  

If you wish to exchange an item, rather than return it for a refund, please send us an email (via our contact form below) with your origional order number and what you would like to exchange for, and one of our team will reply to you within 24hrs. Exchanges can be prosessed for both online and in store orders. Please note we can only complete one exchange on each order.

Online Returns

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem. Online purchases can be returned for a full refund within 28 days. If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a no fuss full refund. We are unable to offer return or exchange on underwear briefs, cosmetic products, swimwear and altered or tailored items.

Store Returns 

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem. Store purchases can be returned to our store for a full refund or exchange within 28 days. If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a no fuss full refund.

Sale items are non-refundable.  

Sale and Promotions

Where promotions, such as Sale, have been used, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will be refunded the amount paid.

If the order contained a free promotional gift, we ask that the gift is included with the return of any related items.

Please note Sale items purchased in store are available for exchange only, they are non-refundable.

Sample Sale

All sales are final. Items purchased in our Sample Sale are not valid for return or exchange.

Damages

If an item purchased online or from our store is damaged please contact us using the contact us at hello@shoptreen.com, and one of our team will get back to you within 24 hours. If possible, please include an image showing the area of damage.

Please note we are only able to offer a refund or replacement for damaged items within 6 months of purchase.
