Returns & Refunds




If you are not completely happy with your online order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or refund for the returned goods. You must notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving your order and items must be returned within a further 14 days from notification, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please return items to the below address. Items must be unworn, in original packaging or box with all labels intact and in the same condition that they were dispatched to you in. All items require original receipt of purchase included within order to complete return or exchange. We recommend sending items through tracked or insured shipping (client responsible for own shipping costs).

Please be aware that we do not accept exchanges or returns on any grooming or cosmetic products, earrings, eye masks, face masks, and all underwear including bras and briefs, or swimwear. 




If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour of style, please email us at Share all the information about the exchange needed and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm and arrange shipping the replacement item to you right away. We ask that you pay for return shipping, we will pay for the exchanged item to be sent out. 




Please state within order if you require a refund. You will be notified by email once we have received the returned goods and processed the refund. Please note that only the cost of the goods purchased will be refunded, and we will not refund any postage costs paid by the customer. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible but please note that card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. The refund amount will be credited to the original purchaser’s card.


In Store Purchases


Please note that purchases made in our physical store are unable to be returned for a refund, as stated at our till point and on your printed receipt. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note (with an unlimited timeframe to be used either in store or online) within 14 days of purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by emailing us at Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Rest easy that wherever you need your order sent, we’ll get it to you. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our treen HQ in Edinburgh, UK.

How long does shipping take?

UK orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri). We offer an Express service (next day), or our standard shipping is 1-3 days delivery.

Europe or Rest of the World placed before GMT 12pm are dispatched the same day. Orders can be sent via our Express Service (1-3 days), or standard shipping (2-4 days).

Who pays for international import tax?

We do. To keep things clear and simple, all customs and duty charges are covered by us. You will receive no extra charges after you have completed your order at checkout.

How can I track my order?
