How lucky we are to call you home.

 

Your beauty, your resilience, the way you are always there. The way you connect us all together. How you provide for us — the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat. Everything we have needed to survive and thrive since always has been provided by you. You're the one thing we all have in common.

I write this letter as a promise to take action to preserve you and protect you, for our health, for our families, and for those who will call you home after us. I write this letter as a vow to care for you, the way you have for us in the past, and will for generations to come.

I have a feeling it’s going to to take all of us, all in. Businesses, governments, you, me, and everyone in-between, to be there for you and invest in you the way you have for us.
